Great prices, nice people 5/5/2009

I have been here several times and have noted that the people working there are ALWAYS nice and more than willing to help when they can. I have bought glasses, clothes (including maternity for my daughter), linens, books, furniture, knick-knacks, and lots of other things, and have always been very pleased with my purchases. Everything is very reasonably priced, and the clothes are nearly always in very good condition. They also have a pretty decent selection of baby/children items - clothes, toys, books, etc. And they do a great job of keeping the place organized and looking nice, too! The proceeds go to help battered women - nice to know my money can buy things for me and help women who need it! more

Great place to shop for bargains! 6/9/2007

I have been to Peaceful Paths Thrift Store many times, and seldom left empty-handed. Everything is VERY reasonably priced (especially when compared to Goodwill or the Hospice thrift store) and the woman who runs it is nice and quite helpful (when she's not doing 20 other things at once!). I'm glad they are moving to a larger location (on NW 6th St, about 20 Ave, I think) and look forward to their opening in early July - I'll be watching for that day!) It is especially good to know that I am helping other women who need it. more

Not Bad 5/6/2006

I love thrift shopping and this one has had some pretty good sales but the parking situation is poor. Last time I went i found a pair of shoes that were exactly the ones m dog ate. I was so excited but I could not find the left shoe, I asked the lady up front and she know where it was and I offered to pay for them and leave my number if "Leftie" was found , she refused my # and gave me the right shoe I was speechless , not sure what to say but I found it funny on the way home & my husband tells everyone hat his wife went shopping & came home with one shoe. more
