I recently moved to LA and I was looking for a home theater TV store that was knowledgeable and would beat other stores advertised prices so I decided to check out Paul's TV because that is what they advertise...what a mistake. I ended up buying a 60"" Panasonic from Tony at their store in West Hollywood for around 2k because I was told they give a 30-day price match guarantee. Not once did they mention that it had to be someone on their small list of dealers. If I would have known this, I would have went to Bestbuy or Fry's who actually match online prices. The delivery was probably the worst experience I've ever had buying a TV because they basically slide it in the door way, pealed back the plastic to make sure it turned on and walked out....leaving my fiance and I to lift it up onto the entertainment stand. About a week after buying the TV from Paul's I found the same TV for about $300 less so I called up Tony who sold me the TV and he told me to come down to the store. Once I arrived he gave the the run around why they wouldn't match this price. I walked out thinking this was a little shady but not really worried because I had another 25-days to find someone selling it for cheaper. Once I did, I emailed Tony the places selling it for cheaper. He then started to get rude like I was wasting his time and passed me off to costumer service. This is when I started to realize they never intended to follow through on the price match 'guarantee'. I got the same run around from the costumer service rep Gerardo. Moving back to the states, I was really hoping I had found a home theater store that did it right and I definitely don't have that feeling with Paul's TV. Their word doesn't mean crap and their employees obviously pull this one on everyone shopping there. Do your self a favor and don't waste your time at Paul's TV, go to Bestbuy or Fry's.
