As a consumer, there are many times I am disappointed in a local business when it comes to customer service. Well this is NOT the case with Paul's Service. Here are the things they did right! 1. Fixed my car - perfectly 2. Every employee I had contact with was very friendly and genuine. 3. They completed the work - on time - when they said the car would be ready - it was. 4. They went the extra mile to fix a little door thing that wasn't a part of the original job. 5. They made the transaction as smooth as they possible could with my insurance and deductible. 6. I just had Paul's Service do some brake work for my car. They were clean and efficient. They also made some suggestions on other small repairs which they did the same day. Pricing was reasonable, I would highly recommend them to anyone.?? more
