We bought an extended warranty for $5,000 a year and a half ago and ever since they have been trying to talk us into paying for services! I have been able to dodge them so far, but now they got a hold of my husband who has neurological issues and got him to approve a $700 repair that was not an emergency! I knew this repair would have to be made eventually, but the gas station we go to for oil changes said they would do it for $300. The place knows my husband is frail and incapable of making decisions, and the account is in my name, yet they went along with his go-ahead and left me to work for weeks to pay their bill while my husband stays home and watches TV! Got to Prestige in Ramsey where everyone is nice and they are super-reputable! more

First, it took them about 1-2 weeks from the actual date given to get my car to me. Then, for the new registration, it was supposedly to arrive a week ago, still nothing. i feel like they really put a lot of care into satisfying the customer by making me wait weeks at a time.
