These folks must have a great business; so much so that after a promise of picking up my lounge chairs TWICE, they never showed up - two days of waiting for them wasted. Not even a phone call from them to say why they couldn't pick up the chairs. Yes, their business must be booming. I would not recommend them to anyone! more

Patio Star are RIP OFF & THIEVES 8/22/2011

WARNING! Patio Star Inc. are thieves! They kept the furniture and will not give me my $4100 back. I am very upset. The guy there is impossible to deal with. Asking for my money back always turns into a yelling match. This has gone on for several months. He knows the amount is too much for small claims and I would have to get a lawyer. I learned my lesson not to pay with cash. more

Too many excuses when they can't deliver 5/7/2011

I dropped off my patio sling chairs and they sat in the back room for weeks. I went there several times and all I got were excuses. Finally when they were done the chairs were all scratched, I was afraid of this because all the customer chairs were stacked on top of each other. A very big mess. I will never go there again. more

I was looking forever for quality patio furniture. I found it! Patio Star is wonderful! Kathy was very helpful. I highly recommend! Pros: Excellent customer service! Cons: None! more

So much furniture! 7/17/2008

So I recently needed some new patio furniture and this is the store that is closest to my house. I went on a Saturday and it was pretty busy but a tall guy named John helped me and he was really nice! I chose some pretty bar stools with cushions and they were a bargain. They have a huge selection and its kinda like a warehouse setup. I'll definitely visit PatioStar again! more
