After being curtly greeted by his front office staff I had to endure a session with someone who would not listen to me. After 3 visits I still was not satisfied with my somewhat corrected vision. After complaining to Gerry Optical headquarters I was offered a free return exam. The problem here is that the doctor does not have very good listening skills and there is a definite lack when it comes to customer service. His office staff though knowledgeable can not do anything unless they ask the doctor who seems a bit controlling. Needless to say I was very disappointed with this Brookside doc and will not return again or recommend this office to anyone.
