After experiencing extremely rude staff, I asked to speak to the manager. No wonder the staff is rude, the Office Manager was even worse, one of the most unprofessional managers and staff I've come across. I have never written a review or taken a survey having to do with customer service but the experience was horrible, immediately went elsewhere. How can you run a successful business if the manager that doesn't care about the customer? Very hateful!!?
