WOW, this place is great! What a find... We were driving to the outlet mall and came across this place. They have such a friendly staff that made things easy to find (with their huge selection). I am very happy with my selection and will highly recommend this shop. more

I could not believe the selection this place has. I found my gown within the first 20 mins. The sales consultant that worked with me was amazing. The entire sales staff worked like a well written orchestra... I felt so great having them remember me by name every time I called for appointments and came in for my fittings. I picked up my gown and am so happy!!!!! Can't wait to wear my fantastic gown! more

Excellent collection of bridal wear, formal dresses. We were there as my girlfriend needed a dress for prom night. They were awesome to assist her and even altered the dress the same day and delivered it to us. more

The Paris House-Bridal is your run of the wedding dress shop. They do have a large selection and good prices. However, if you're looking for that special shop, that makes you feel like you're the only bride, this is the place. When I got my dress I went on a Thursday morning, and didn't feel as rushed. The people in the store were very friendly and kind to work with as well. more

I could really tell that they want you to love the dress. I feel that customer service can go a long way. I've been to a place that was not welcoming and I wasn't even there for a wedding dress..actually for a bridesmaid dress fitting. I felt so unwelcome. As a bride I knew I was not going back there to look for dresses, unlike this shop, such an accommodating bunch of people. more

There was a wide range of prices, and plenty of beautiful gowns from which to choose. I felt comfortable, well taken care of, and there was no pressure to purchase, which I appreciated. The staff at Paris House-Bridal focused on helping me find the right dress for me, as opposed to selling me the most expensive dress. They really make sure that I will be a happy customer and they succeeded!! more

This boutique was wonderful!!! I had such a horrible experience with the bridal shop across the street from this one and Renee's Bridal was fantastic! They were so helpful and patient. They even worked with me on the price of the gown I fell in love with. I would recommend this shop to everyone! more

Beware!!!!!!!\r \r If I would have done my research and read the reviews I would have never shopped here! The main reason I went there is because it has a very large assortment of dresses, well now that I think about it it's probably from all the dresses that get returned! First off the customer service is a nightmare.\r I ordered 7 black dresses each dress was suppose to have a different color sash. The dresses came in two weeks before the wedding in 7 rainbow colors! None of them where the correct size and the company blamed me! The owner is the most unprofessional woman I've ever met. She tried to ""help"" and got 7 black dresses in a week before wedding none of the sash colors i wanted,and none the right size dresses there was nothing left I could do,my wedding was in a few days and she knew I had to take the dresses and to top it off made me pay $100 to pay to get the new wrong dresses shipped!!! I am contacting the BBB and newspapers! The only way anyone is giving this place good reviews is because the people working for her are most likely writing them!! This dress store is a disgrace!! more
