I guess what I like best is that my husband and I have established trust with both Jason and Candy. When either of them says something needs to be done to either of our two Hyundais, we believe they have our best interest at heart and genuinely want to insure customer-friendly service. They have never steered us wrong. Likewise, I like the fact that when I go to the Service Dept. they know me by sight, and equally important to me, I know them. Dealerships I have dealt with before in the last fifty years or so have changed the service departments so much I had no idea who would be there to greet me. That is not the case at Paramount, and I appreciate that. I drive 45 minutes one way to keep my appointments in Hickory, and have no real plans to change. It all gets back to the trust element and the fact that I feel I have a business relationship with Paramount that goes way beyond just getting my oil changed or tires rotated. People are friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. What more could I want??
