Service Excellence 11/9/2015

I use paramount for all of my service needs on my 2011 Sonata. I deal with Candy in the service office and have never had an unpleasant transaction. Candy goes out of her way to always insure a high quality of service. I would recommend the paramount service department to anyone. Thanks guys!! more

Great customer service 10/29/2015

I left a previous dealership because they tried to push me into stuff I didn't need. I love paramount because the people are so nice. They know me when I call or go in and never try took me into anything I don't need. I also like that it's a Christian based business. We need more like them. I will continue to go to paramount Hyundai for my cars and service.. more

I have always had a great experience when I have taken my vehicle to the Paramount service department. Everything that needs to be done is explained up front and also what the price will be. I have been called to pick up my vehicle in the time frame I was told. more

NO follow through 10/7/2015

I came in for my free oil change I received when I purchased my car. I needed a couple warranty items taken care of. I was told I would be called when the parts were in. Over a month later, I called. I had been forgotten. When I brought my car in, only part of the work could be done as a wrong part came in. I still have not heard back from your service department that the correct part is in. more

I have found everyone at this dealership to be very pleasant, welcoming, and helpful. Going to car dealerships is not my favorite place to go, but P.H. of Hickory has really pleasant employees, which makes me more apt to call the dealership with questions or appointments. more
