Paradise Car Wash

They washed the outside of my truck good but they did a bad job inside.I paid extra to do my rubber mats.They never touched them.They also seem to only vacuum the middle of the carpet.Lots of dirt left on the edges.Then on the door panels they never touch those either.After I pointed out the bad job I waited another 10 minutes and when they were done they did get the mats but never vacuum the perimeter of the carpet and still didn't clean the door panels.I did it myself when I got home.For now on I will do the inside and they can do the outside. more

I would give them lower but I can't. Our first truck they broke the roller part on the driver seat that adjusts the truck from going back and forth. But since it was 5:30 on a Friday the manager did not even want to talk to me until Monday! My husband and I decided after we were told they had a bunch of new people working for them that we would try it again with our new truck! Still horrible. Brought the truck home and we had try dry off half the truck that who knows if they missed or what and the guy climbed up on the tire while drying the truck and kneed the truck pretty hard. Ummm dent in the fender. Needless to say I already know what I have to look forward to cuz the manager is an a**hole and does not believe any of his minnons would do that. Funny cuz you stand there and watch them! I have gotten into the truck several times to wet oily seats. I am so done. more

I consider myself a the Car Wash Critic of the twin cities I have been to every full service car wash in the Twin Cities and know what to expect and what should be done. I gave these guys 2 stars but 2.5 would be more accurate. They do a good job on the exterior however when you get to the interior they tend to slack off not even touching the floor mats which in my opinions is completely unacceptable. They do need to try and get better when it comes to drying the car off. I have also been through this wash a couple times and the dash was never wiped down but usually is. If you use a happenings coupon it’s worth the money but I would not pay full price for this car wash BUT BUYER BEWARE if its March 1st and you coupon is for February they will not take it and have no mercy or understanding unlike the Downtowner car wash in St Paul who will take any coupon even if it 3 years expired. I will say of the three Paradise car washes in the south Metro they are a very close second behind Eagan. Savage however needs LOTS of help! Also one huge plus you can get a free wash on your birthday but it must be on your birthday. If these guys step it up a little on the interior and do the floor mats at no extra charge I would give them four out of five stars until then I give them 2 and a half starts. more

I read a couple of really bad reviews of their other locations and thought that there is no way a car wash can be that bad and gave them a shot. I paid 35 bucks and drove away with some kind of grease or oil on the side of my car. I think it came off the rags they use to dry. They asked me if I wanted a scent for free and I was very indifferent and finally said ""sure"". They sprayed the scented liquid all over my seats as I was getting in to drive off which then made my pants wet! For 35 dollars, I expect a clean car and didn't get one. Pros: many locations Cons: poor quality and value more

These guys are awesome. I just brought my vehicle in, and let's just say the interior looked like it was from one of those advertisements where they dump everything on the carpet to show you how they can clean it up. When I picked up my vehicle, I was was amazed, it looked brand new!!! They even humored me when I asked them to be on the look out for my eight year olds pet rock, which they shined up as well. I will absolutely be going back.\r more
