My mother and I stopped in at the La Paz location to order a takeout pizza - an extra large pizza with pepperoni and double cheese. The gentleman who took our order let us know it would be about 15 minutes, so we paid and sat down in the restaurant to wait. Twenty-five minutes later, my mother went up to the woman at the register and inquired about our pizza. She asked what name it was under and my mother explained that she wasn't asked to give her name, so it wasn't under a name. The woman looked confused and then went back to look for our order. After conferring with several other gentlemen in the back, she asked Mom to reiterate our order. Mom let the woman know that we ordered an extra large pizza with pepperoni and double cheese. The woman then went back again to some other gentlemen in the back (we had now been on-premises for 35 minutes) and one gentleman pulled out a pizza that had been sitting on the shelf, cooked, for awhile and said ""This is pepperoni with double cheese"" and then opened the box for us to view. The pizza looked like it had double pepperoni, not double cheese, but at that point we were exhausted and just wanted to eat dinner. Once we got home, we looked at the label on the side of the box, noted the ""Pepperoni Pepperoni"" notation and realized that we had received a pizza with cheese and double pepperoni, not pepperoni and double cheese. The pizza itself was subpar - the tomato sauce was far too sweet, as was the crust. Also, while we sat waiting for our order, we noted that the woman we dealt with at the front allowed the phone to ring no less than eleven times prior to answering it (very bad customer service) - this happened at least twice. Also, we noted that one of the delivery man's trucks required a push start as he was not able to start the truck on his own - also very unprofessional.
Pros: None.
Cons: Too many to list!
