I ordered from them recently, and discovered I had been overcharged. When I called to rectify the situation, the woman on the other side of the phone was extraordinarily rude and terse. When I asked for her manager's information she told me that she ""refused"" to give it out. It was unreasonable because I just wanted my two bucks back not to stalk their staff. She treated me like I was trying to get something for free instead of getting my two dollars back.
