The Staff at this place are always so unprofessional and rude. I work close to this place and have gone in several times with the hopes that everytime the staff will be more professional. I went in for the last time two days ago to get breakfast to go. I walked in and there where about 6 guest standiing by the counter with the Bakery items and about 6 staff members just standing around talking to each other completely ignoring the guests. There is a older lady who works there who is somewhat overweight and a man in his 30 or 40s who are always both working in the mornings. The older lady is so rude she won't even look up at you or talk loud enough for you to hear what she is asking. I don't know how she keeps her job there she is by far the worst waitress I have ever had to deal with. The man who is in his 30 or 40 is always trying to flirt with any women guests or staff, he is always talking and makes his guest wait while he finishes up flirting with whichiver guest or staff member. When he does finally weight on you he is loud and says inappropriate things. This is the most unprofessional Panera I have ever been in. I will never go back!!!
