Great Property Manager 4/20/2012

Linda Bell/Panda Realty manages a rental property that my wife and I own. Linda is a superb PM, infinitely better than the managers we used previously. She takes care of all aspects of our property with very little input from us. She's found excellent tenants, charges a more than reasonable commission, had no problem giving notice to a troublesome tenant (hired by the previous PM), and keeps the property well maintained. Good PM's are hard to find and we're extremely lucky to have Linda working for us. more

Best Service Ever 12/19/2011

I called these folks from Virginia. I was just trying to reach someone living in their area to get a Christmas gift delivered. The family had no listing of a phone, but I had their address. This company went out of their way to deliver a note to the family making my shipping of the gift a success. They did not have to do it as there was nothing in it for them. I really appreciated the assistance given me. more

They were rude and unfriendly. I was also denied on basis of my credit. I've had worse credit before and never been denied a rental. They didn't allow any exceptions including increased deposit. Wouldn't budge. more

Completely dissatisfactory. 12/11/2010

Not even worth a star.\r \r Unprofessional. Lazy. Illegal operations. They try and charge ridiculous deposits that are non refundable for pets and also try and claim that properties were never advertised as allowing pets. Linda Bell never answers her phone and once you call her, she turns her phone off. To get anything fixed you have to bypass her and call the owners of the property.\r \r Don't do business with these people. Don't rent from them, and don't have them be your property managers. You will be throwing your money away.\r \r I have never been more dissatisfied with any business or service. more
