Amazing Service & Care 3/13/2012

The staff & Dr's at Allpets are nothing short of amazing. I needed to get my cat in ASAP for urinary blockage and they were able to do just that with no wait. He ended up having to stay over night so they could watch him closer and the Dr. even called me several times with updates about his progression and she explained everything very well. I was able to pick him up the next day and he seemed back to normal! Didnt seem just like any other Animal Hospital they really care for your pet and treat them like their own. For give me for not remembering the Dr's name but she was spectacular. \r \r Thanks Allpets Animal Hospital, you have my business and i'll be recommending you to my friends. more

Best Vet in town IMHO 10/3/2009

Dr. Tim and his staff are the best! more

THE BEST VET EVER!! 4/7/2009

I have been a client of Dr. Paladino & Allpets Animal Hospital since he opened his doors in Little Rock. Had pets all my life & a number of vets in town. Tim Paladino is quintessentially the BEST vet around! Better than that, he only staffs with folks who deeply love animals & treat them like they were their own. When I had to board my pets regularly due to travel & some of my pets got depressed & wouldn't eat, I have even had Vet Techs go out & buy special food with their own $$ to ensure my pet was completely taken care of & came home in the best order. ALL my pets, & there have been many, are Allpets Pets - NO PLACE ELSE WILL EVER DO!! My dogs DRAG me into the place when we go, excited to go to the vet - who would think it??!! BEST in AR!!...& Dr. Paladino has won that from the AR Times poll MANY times. There simply is no other Vet for my babies!! Pros: Extremely Knowledgible & Deeply Cares About Animals Cons: It's worth the time, money & trip - can't think of any Cons more

The best vet in town 2/3/2009

I have been to several other vets in Little Rock. I had a golden with alot of health issues. The only vet that spent time with me and helped was Dr. Paladino. The reviews from the angry person are WOW, way off from my experience. He took time, went through all the issues, and did a great job explaining it all to me. I never felt nickle and dimed. I would and will trust all my pets to these guys and will always tell everyone I know about them. Leftler, I disagree with your review.....alot Pros: Dr. Paladino really does relate to the pets and owners Cons: Little bit out of the way from my home, but I make the trip for the service more

Good Dr. that Accepts Birds as Patients 11/26/2008

I've been taking my pet chickens to Allpets Clinic for years. I felt very fortunate to have found a clinic that would take my birds AND give them excellent care. They have always been courteous, professional, and have given my ""girls"" good medicine at a reasonable price. They always take my appointment for the same day and get me in to see Dr. Paladino in a reasonable amount of time. He never looks down on my birds as ""just chickens"" that don't deserve as much respect as a dog or cat. I'll continue to patronize them as long as they are in business and I have pets. Pros: Quick appts., great parking, Good service Cons: Wish was closer to my home. more

Pet Lovers Beware! 11/20/2008

We took our miniature Shitzu to have her hair cut and groomed and the groomer used a shampoo that made her break out in rashes, hair loss, frantic crying, constant itching, obsessant licking, and no sleep for 3 days because of all the misery and uncomfort they left our pet in. We took her back three times to see their Dr.'s for help. They didn't charge us for the visits but we did have to pay for 3 different medications, NONE of which worked. On top of the $56 we had already spent just for the grooming, the whole ordeal cost us more than $200!!! They never offered any refund and their Dr.'s offered little to no relief for our poor pet. After the 3 additional Dr. visits and 6 days of pain for our dog, we finally took her to Hillcrest Animal Hospital for a second opinion. They gave her a steriod shot, a cortisone shot, and a prescription for valium to calm her down so she would quit scratching her skin off. The treatment worked! Within 6 hours, she was 100% better. Thank you Hillcrest Animal Hospital by the way!\r My sister has worked for a veternary clinic for years in TN and after telling her the sad story of our pets misery, she told me that Allpets should've offered the same treatment first and foremost. Apparently, that's the first thing a good clinic would always do for an animal with skin allergies! So why didn't they do that?! Because they didn't seem to care, that's why! We will never take our dog there again. They made her life miserable for almost a week and didn't offer any treatment that helped. Much less a refund for all our trouble and medications we had to purchase. I don't see how they haven't been sued before now. I left my dog there for less than 4 hours one afternoon but that's all it took. If I had only known..... Pros: Speedy service Cons: But it was the wrong service! more
