I've only eaten lunch buffets here. They have a limited but seemingly carefully prepared selection, as well as a cook-to-order station preparing any of a number of featured items on the spot. The meat are sometimes slightly overcooked and generally all dishes are spiced on the heavy side, even by Indian standard. Nam is delicious. Usually the only meat featured is chicken, but occasionally lamb makes its appearance, usually on the weekends. Servers are always polite and attentive.
