i recently got a tattoo done by rick i was very satistfeid with the quality of the work done he was very profesional also this was my fith tattoo it has healed extreamley well and still looks as good as it did the day i got it .i would recomend rick to anybody looking to get quality work done. more

I'm 22 and got my 1st out of 10 current tattoos when i was 18. all of which have been done at Painless Ric's. I will not go to any other shop no matter where i happen to be living, and would not recommend any other place to anyone else. Everyone is friendly, they have a great sense of humor, and both Boomer and Ric do amazing work. the customer is their #1 priority and you will never leave disappointed. Boomer has done 9/10 of my tatts and his work has always exceeded my expectations. the first tattoo was done by Dan who has since moved to a different shop. more

So, i just went in to get a tattoo that i designed myself done, and boomer was my artist. he took my design and made it more professional, and really listened to what I had to say. I only had a certain amount of money and really wanted this done and he made it work for me. He was so awesome and the environment was great there. I will defenently go back for my next tattoo. more

I when there to look at there people, shop, and to get a feel for there Art, It was clean and the people where nice. I?m not able to get a tattoo tell December but they still where willing to help me with what I want and cost. The tattoo artists are friendly and truthful. One told my mom he would not be the best person for the tattoo she was going to get, but did tell her Rick him self would be good for the job. I will let them give me my tattoo. Me and my mom moved up here about 2 years ago. We have been searching for a clean tattoo studio with nice artist (no rock star attitudes or druggies) and real talent. We found all that and more at Painless Rics Tattoo. Painless Ric and Boomer went above and beyond the call of duty. Both being very gracious and funny! Poor Ric...I sent him back to the drawing board 4 times before I gave the ok! He was great about the whole thing. These guys *ROCK* We had such a good time. Mom and me are already planning our next tattoos at Ric's we cant say enough fabulous stuff about you! Pros: customer service, friendly, fun, light, clean, priced right, ... Cons: none! more

I have three tattoo's all done at Rick's. Each time I'm even more impressed. The service is great. Rick is super nice and all the guys have insane artistic skills. My first tattoo was on my 18th bday, and almost 6 years later the color is still awesome. Their artists come and go, but that seems to be with all tattoo parlors. The shop is sparkling clean, and it's reassuring to see brand new packaged sterile equipment always being used. I'm so happy I set my appointment today for my next tattoo!! I recieved my first tat when I was 29 years old. \r With this being my first tat I was very scared and didnt know what to expect( I am very afraid of needles).\r Tony, who is now no longer with Painless Ric's had done my first one, which is a beautiful butterfly. He talked with me through the whole process.\r Tony got me ""hooked"" on tats and I am now going to have him do my second one, which will be 2 roses with more detail than the butterfly(I have a lot more courage being around needles now).\r \r The staff at Painless Ric's were very understanding and answered all of my questions and now I no longer have a fear of needles. Ric was recommended by a previous customer and I am sure glad I took the advice. When you walk in to a shop with thousands of examples of tattoos, it can be overwhelming. I want my tattoos to reflect who I am and what my life is about, not some dime store photo copy with a thousand others walking around with it. Ric listened, he looked at my choice then used his artistic talent to taylor it to reflect me. I am now planning my next tattoo with Ric and so is my husband. \r By the way, I had changed my mind between booking my appointment and actually getting the work done and Ric was awesome, he didn't fuss about the extra time it took. He is a great guy who knows the meaning of customer service and knows I am going to wear this artwork with pride.- Pros: Artistic talent to the max Cons: My only regret is that I couldn't get my other calf done today too more

I'm 30 and a mom of 3 I went to Painless to get my first tattoo, needless to say I was a little scard! They were so friendly and helpful while picking out my tattoo. I have 4 tattoos, 2 from rick and 2 else where. My first tattoo was from him 7 yrs ago and it still looks great, hasn't really evenfaded. I was surprised to see two negative reviews of Rick's. It was recommended to me for my first tattoo and I've since gone back for a second. Their shop extremely clean and my tattoos are colorful and beautifully done. I hightly recommend it. Keep in mind that these guys are artists and may not always have the greatest customer service skills. What really matters is that their art, which will be on your body forever, is stunning. On my 18th birthday I went to Painless for my first tattoo. I didn't know much about tattoos. My artist helped me pick a beautiful tattoo out. I get complements on it daily. My colors are vibrant and the location is perfect thanks to my artit's input. The shop apeared very clean and well lit. I highly recomend Ric. Pros: clean atmosphere, knowledgeable staff more

i went here to get a tattoo done because they quoted a good price, but the staff was so rude that i left. the people at rick's seemed bored and annoyed that i was there. i ended up getting my tattoo done at altantis... i'd recommend them, not rick's!!! Cons: rude people! more
