Stylist did what she wanted and did not follow request and direction.Completely laid out what I wanted and she did not follow it. Horrible cut and style. Went to other salon afterwards to have it looked at and restyled. Very unsophisticated and have never left a salon with hair looking so frumpy and poorly done. more

My haircut was not even, or gentle in appearance. I went back to get it fixed, but they told me I didn't really know what I wanted, they didn't know how to fix it, and that I should style it. I told them the first time around that I do not style my hair. The stylist tried to 'texturize' it to make it gentler, but it looks the same to me. Admittedly, I'm not a girl's girl and don't style my hair. Also, they DID offer to fix it for free - even though it wasn't fixable. more

I get so many compliments on the color and cut of my hair. People have stopped me and asked who does my hair. I love the experience each time I go to Padma. The atmosphere is as soothing as the wonderul scalp massage with every shampoo. more

Called Padma Salon after I got a haircut I was really unhappy with yesterday at a different salon, to see if they could try to salvage something. They squeezed me in within a few hours. Joanna (stylist) talked to me about what had gone wrong and what I wanted to change, and worked some magic to make the adjustments -- I thought fixing the problem would result in drastically shorter hair, but somehow she kept it at a decent length. It was clear in talking to her and seeing her work that I was in good hands. (She said that she and the other stylists have worked together for years.) And they didn't charge me a full haircut price for the "rescue." The place has a great feel, easy parking, convenient location in Hampden. Very friendly and professional. Overall, a really positive experience and will definitely become a regular. more

Julia does the most amzing work!! I have had several services there from just a hair cut to the new brazilian starightener. Everytime the end result is better than expected.. I will never go anywhere else or let anyone besides Julia touch my hair every again. Customer for life! more

Padma is a really cute salon. Julia was fantastic--best highlights ever! And, my cut is perfect. Just what I wanted. Really nice salon; reasonable prices. In fact, I got 20% off! All new clients do. And they sell MorroconOil--kind of expensive, but is supposed to really transform your hair. Can't wait to go back :) more

I saw Candice today for the first time and she did a great job. She did exactly what i wanted with side bangs and was very professional. She also waxed my brows and kept my natural look. All in all i would recommend this stylist. more

I have to say I am super picky about cut and color, as I have had many disappointments over the years...BUT...I went to Padma today and had Candace cut and color my hair and it is perfect...perfect cut and color!!! My husband also has the same feelings as me...there is even a deal going on for haircut/highlights!!! I have already made my next appointment!! more

The only good thing about this place is the cute little assistant. She gave the most amazing hair wash/head massage. It took everything I had not to start moaning in enjoyment. Everything else was awful. My stylist might as well as put a bowl on my head. That is what my haircut looks like now....I'm so disgusted. more

Thought services were a little pricey and the staff a little too self - absorbed - even though I like to support local business,this was a waste of time and money. more

Padma offers most of the specialty treatments you would only find at the larger salons. The atmosphere is spa-like, serene and devoid of pretense... which is ironically what makes the salon so hip!
