I am so impressed. I was able to schedule an appointment for a medication evaluation quickly when other offices told me it would be at least two weeks to see a provider. The receptionist was so helpful and sweet. I met with Donna (the PA) and she was very down to earth and knowledgeable. I will definitely be returning for follow up care and highly recommend them for anyone seeking mental health services. more

Today was my first visit to Pacifica, and certainly not my last. I had a Groupon for a much needed 1 hour massage and got an appt. within a few days of calling. After filling out minimal paper work, I was immediately called in with no wait. Ross asked me if there were any specific areas that needed attention, and one hour later...i was a happy girl! Talk about stress relief! Ross gives an amazing massage!! I thought the complimentary water bottle on the way out was a nice touch too :) Will most definitely be back! more

I truly feel that finding Pacifica was a miracle. Long story short, they are courteous, available, vested in your well being as a person, not a file, excellent service behind the front counter and as medical professionals. My story: My Psychiatrist of 5 years unexpectedly moved to a very busy new practice in another county. All my meds were out, yet the old Doc couldn't fit me in for a good month or so. Their office recommended I try Pacifica. Honestly, I didn't want to. I trusted my old Doctor and was scared/angry over having to start my medical history anew with a stranger. Out of desperation, I called that afternoon. I was met with a calm understanding voice who quickly assessed my needs and I was seen the next day. Not the next week, the next day. You just don't get that kind of turn around time as a new patient. Better yet, the next day, when I had no choice but to bring my rambunctious 8 year old with me, the staff was more than understanding, they fed us snacks, and kept her entertained during my appointment. I met with Donna M. Bellinger. She passed no judgement, truly listened to my history like I was a person and came up with a medical solution that I still can't believe is working so well. I'm so glad I found these people. more

The office was set up like a home with couches and it made my nerves about going better. Everyone was so kind. more

Best service I have ever experienced from a medical providor. There was almost no wait. They had a great little botique setting, even offered me coffee while I filled out my paper work. But best of all the Medical staff took the time to sit with me and explain everything better than anyone ever has in the past. more
