I called Pac-West for trouble I was having with my air conditioning unit. The representative was very nice, professional, and extremely helpful. Same day estimate and repair. Very good pricing compared to other places I've call. Now my unit works great and the technician was very helpful. more

Faulty Heater 5/14/2012

I called PAC-WEST for a tenant who was complainig about her heater not working. PAC-WEST gave me same day service, fixed it and saved me money by telling me about the simple solution, rather than milking me for more money - like other AC/Heater contractors do. And the best thing, they use electronic invoicing and payment so no paper bills!!! Thank you for your quick and honest service! more
