My car had been painted just a year ago when I went to the car wash & blew 8 or 10 spots of paint off; rust underneath.
Luckily, it was only on one quarter panel & the trunk. Paid $1400 for the ""quickie"" job & I truly got what I paid for. Color faded...definitely not the ""high quality"" paint they promised.
While that happened, my suburban was in the shop getting repaired (Same place, Mike's Body Shop in Waldo. 4 months later I get my vehicle back with mismatched paint (how hard to match white???), unattached front grill, misalligned front fender & rear differential that's slipping. oh, did I tell you that I had over 5k worth of rental fees & Mike promised to take care of half of those...still waiting.
needles to say, don't trust this shop because I'm sure they were the ones who wrote the glowing reviews.
p.s. try to find someone who will communicate with you & not leave their voicemail full all the time...& maybe someone with a landline.
