Well, I was having drain problems and I tried calling different plumbers but some of them were busy, some of them were telling me that it would take time. I was not in a situation to wait. I found these guys on the internet and called them. They came and fixed my drain problems right away. Thank you again for responding so quickly! more

Highly Recommended! 8/31/2012

I was out of town for couple of weeks and when I came back, I found out that my AC was not functioning properly. I could not stay inside of my house because it was so hot. Then, I called these guys hoping to fix my AC as soon as possible and guess what? they did fix my AC within the next couple of hours after I called them. I am very satisfied and I would highly recommend these guys to anyone having AC problems. more

Had the best customer service with them! They have been at my restaurant a few times and I have had nothing but great service! They came yesterday 3/6 and installed a new toilet. Fast! Works perfectly as well! I would highly recommend! more

I called OutToday to come look at my bathtub water pressure, which was very low. Graeme gave me several options to upgrade my system. He gave me options to replace my water heater and offered me a 10% discount. However i just did the basic. He was very nice, professional, and helped me with all my concerns. As he walked through my home he made sure his shoes were covered. He cleaned his mess up once he was finished with the job. Im overly pleased with the work that was done by OutToday. Went far beyond the Call of Duty. more

Inspection of furnace, cleaned burners, checked system, recommended replacement of furnace, showed me the problem areas. The visit was informative. I was told how the furnace should work, and how my furnace was leaking exhaust and other problems. It went well. more

We used OutToday.Com Plumbing, Heating & Electrical for furnace tune-up. The work included changing filter, clean-up and so forth. He was prompt and on time. We got a 40% discount special deal from Angie’s List for furnace tune-up. The person I dealt with seemed to know what he was doing. He came over and did the work. He checked two furnaces and maintained professionalism throughout. He was very pleasant. The price was good too. We have never had any problems with them. We are very happy with their service. more

We were pretty impressed 5/11/2011

The estimator who came out to evaluate the job took a lot of time to answer all of our questions. He was very thorough and professional. We were really impressed with him. We had to have LED lights installed in the ceiling, and he mentioned that there could be a problem with the existing cans. But it tuns out the technician who came out did not have to carve holes at all. So, they installed four new can lights, and everything turned out perfect. The electrician was quick and professional. He would actually hold a cardboard box in one hand so he could catch shavings as he cut with his other hand. He was very conscientious about not making a mess. We were pretty impressed. more

The service tech arrived on time and performed the services expected. I would give this company A ratings except for one very annoying thing: The tech not only put his company's sticker on the furnace, but he put one on the hot water tank, which was not part of the service, and one on the electrical panel, which was also not part of the service. If you don't have any problems with large advertising stickers that are difficult to remove placed on your home, then you will probably be happy with this company. I'm not. And I won't use them again. more
