I have purchased numerous auto parts from them for years with zero hassle. The last time I went there, the moron at the front counter had no idea what I was talking about, then proceeded to tell me to go down the road to Pick n Pull because ""they don't care if anyone destroys their vehicles."" I quickly informed this loser that his attitude tells me they are losing customers left and right, and that they've just lost another customer. Given this new devotion to automotive ignorance and the worst customer service this side of Walmart, I would not expect to see Otter Creek Auto Salvage in business much longer.
