We had my daughter's birthday party here a few weeks ago and it was great! The coaches were so much fun, and my daughter said it was the best birthday party. I really liked how easy it was - they did everything and all the parents got a chance to sit back and relax. Overall, it was a great experience. more

I have two daughters who have been taking classes for several years. The coaching staff has always been professional and very helpful to both of them to help them develop both physically and mentally. Their self-control and confidence has greatly increased. We are very happy with our experience and will keep going as long as girls want to. more

My 8 year old son has been attending classes at OGA for 4 plus years now. It has been a very important part of his social, emotional and especially physical development. He is not particularly aggressive or competitive in team sports, but he loves challenging himself. The instructors have always been engaged, enthusiastic, and invested in the success of these kids. In my opinion, OGA has been the cornerstone and the single greatest contributor to his successful physical skill development. His report cards consistently place him in the ""exceeding"" his grade level category in physical education. The staff has their heart in what they are doing, and the management does all it can do accomodate desired schedules and provide a safe, fun learning environment for the kids. Highly recommended. more

I am really disappointed with my experience at OGA. My 4-year-old daughter was enrolled there over the summer for a weekly class, and I found it on the same level as classes at the Parks & Rec centers, which are a third of the price. There seems to be no overall plan for the classes; they just do random stuff every week. Teachers changed without warning from week to week so they had no idea of kids' skill levels. Over one four-week period, she had three different teachers. One week, my daughter was in the wrong class for an entire session but nobody knew because the teachers dont know the kids. They never bothered to walk upstairs to find out who she was or where she was supposed to be. Even with all of these issues, my daughter loves it and wanted to have her birthday party there. After having her party booked for three weeks, they cancelled the party with less than a month notice because they scheduled a meet for that weekend. They told me I could reschedule, but you can't really reschedule a birthday. They did refund my deposit, but I would have at least expected an offer to discount a rescheduled party for my trouble. They didn't offer a single thing other than a half-hearted apology. Completely unacceptable. more

The management and coaches are irresponsible and going through continous change hands and the only consistent thing is the monthly charge appears on my credit card. When the coach changes, OGA staff leaves the kids in the class in fuzzy mode and unable to receive quality training. The kids get hurt physically and emotionly. more

This gym offers everything. They have classes for all ages and skill levels, even special needs! My daughter is in the 1-2 year old class and she has developed so much strength and coordination since she started. She jumps on the trampoline and swings from the bar. The teacher is very knowledgeable and safe. Great place! more

A great place for all ages! 2/22/2010

I used to be a gymnast. Recently, I started going to OGA's adult open gym. I was instantly welcomed by the fellow adults taking advantage of the amazing facility. There were break dancers, martial artists, and ex-gymnasts! I had no idea how much I missed swinging, flipping, and rolling around. My niece is in the Kinderstar program and loves it. I think she has become the strongest 5 year old at her school! I know her parents love being able to drop her off in a safe, skill building environment to expel some of her never ending energy! Pros: Largest, up-to-date gym in Oregon. more

Not a place I will return to 9/13/2009

My daughter attended camp there this summer during the Drama camp week. The camp put a play on-the theme of my daughters play-a plane crash with survivors. I do not believe this to be an appropriate theme for a kids camp play and I wrote to the camp director and never even heard a word. I spent a lot of money there and expected a safe place for my child. Also not once did they check for my ID and my husband had dropped her off. Cons: Camp not so safe after all more
