Exceptional Service 6/10/2011

Rarely do I take the time to write reviews, but the service that I received from Chirs was exceptional. My water heater had sprung a leak and flooded my garage. He came out and took care of everything for me, including cleaning up the mess. The next time that I have a plumbing issue - I know that I will be calling Orange Coast Plumbing. more

Quick Service 3/29/2011

It was cold and my heater stopped working on a Friday night and I was suprised when a technician called me back and scheduled to come out the next day. Bryan was able to get my heater working. I will save his card and recomment this company. more

Professional Service 3/14/2011

I had a clogged drain and called Orange Coast Plumbing. The office staff that answered the phone was friendly and understanding assuring me that they would get someone out to me ASAP. About an hour after my phone call, a very nice plumber arrived at my home. Within the next hour, he had snaked and cleared my backed up kitchen sink. He was very efficient, but also very neat and concerned about cleaning up after himself. I was very grateful for this since I had company coming and still had a lot to do to prepare for them. more

About an hour after my phone call, a very nice plumber arrived at my home. Within the next hour, he had snaked and cleared my backed up kitchen sink. He was very efficient, but also very neat and concerned about cleaning up after himself. I was very grateful for this since I had company coming and still had a lot to do to prepare for them.\r I had checked online, and found cheaper plumbers, but they had horrible reviews. One stated $99 to clear any drain, but the reviews very bad and mostly said that it would be much more ton clear the drainl. i will be saving the business card that was left and calling this company again more

My heater went out 2 days before Christmas and it was cold. I was able to get Brandon to come by on the day before Christmas and he took care of everything. I will use the again more

Don't use them 4/22/2010

I wouldn't use this company if you paid me. First of all they demanded 50% upfront for a 3000.00 job and we all know that is illegal. Second, they never finished the job and the work that they did do was not complete. They are crooks. They try to do work they are not classified for by the CSLB and rarely pull permits that require one. more
