As a small business owner (I'm a private practice psychologist), I must wear many hats. One I feel LEAST comfortable wearing is IT manager. Rick Kane and his staff at Onsite Tech provide for me a competent, affordable, adaptable, innovative, on time and honest IT department not only for my small business but also issues I have with my home computers. He has multiple affordable solutions for my problems, and actively helps me plan for the future, such as my future plans of interfacing scheduling programs with PDA devices with considerations towards HIPAA compliance, maintenance of backup systems, and purchasing new computer equipment. A specific example I must relate concerns when I first contacted Rick about his company building me a computer for a camera system I have running. I gave him my price point and specifications, and he told me that I would be better off buying a system not from him but from Dell, and then he designed the system for me (without cost to me), I ordered it and then he set it up for me!! There was nothing in it for him other than doing a good job and having a happy potential customer (achieved on both points). It was that show of selflessness in this age of greed and poor work ethic that told me I found my computer support folks. I can't thank Rick and his staff at Onsite Tech enough for helping me in the past, guiding me in the present and assisting me with my plans for the future.
