One Stop Oil Change

I also had a very poor experience with the folks at Orleans One Stop oil change. They seem to be determined to irritate everyone that comes thru their place of business. As I approached the entrance there was a guy outside smoking a cigarette and I proceeded to enter the building. The guy inside started to yell at me say that I wasn't supposed to enter without permission. He was abusive and I asked him if he treated all his customers this way? The abuse continued and I informed him that he just lost a customer forever. Another guy who may have been the boss smiled and opened the exit door and waved me out. These guys just don't care and I advise everyone to avoid this place. Changing oil isn't rocket science and there's many places to have it done at competitive prices. I went up the street to Midas where I was treated with respect by courteous personnel and they did a great job. I hope the general public gets the message and these guys (Orleans One Stop) either go out of business or learn to treat their customers with a little respect. more

yes, ive gone to place and they were great and the service was the best , if this guy had a problem with a or what ever it was he has the right to throw that ass-hole out on her fucken head, this is a place of buis. If I am going to support a business on the Cape, it is certainly not going to be this one. Inept and disrespectful, you would have to be an idiot to trust your car with them. If you give your money to them, you will get what you deserve, crap service and rudeness. more

This place is the worst place to go! Very unprofessional and RACIST!!!!!!! They treat people like they don't matter. Yelling and swearing. It makes for a very unpleasant experience!!! Please go somewhere else u will be much happier if u do!!!!!!! more

Bad service, they didn't replaced my oil filter on my Volvo s40, didn't had it in stock. They send one of their guys to the car parts store to pick up one, and come back with the wrong oil filter. They put the old one back in, never said anything to me, and charged me for a new one. I have Illinois plates on my car just moved back home to Cape from school. I'll bet you they where thinking that I'm out of state and just passing. I have pictures to prove and my bill from them. more

Yesterday was the third time I did not receive the work that I paid for. When I got in the car this morning the windsheild washer fluid light came on. They did not bother to fill it . This is the second time this has happened. Last fall, when we had our VW serviced, the next day my wife complained there was a funny noise coming from the car when she made a turn. Initially I thought of several possible probems, all bad. When she took the car to the dealer they discovered that the plastic cover on the undercarriage was not fastened properly and rubbing against the tire. The cover must be removed in order to drain the oil and replace the filter. Seems they lost one of the bolts and just left the cover dangling. The deal was kind enough to fix it and not charge us. And they now charge $42 for this quality work! Never again. more

This is the only place I go for an oil change and it is wonderful. They are quick and thorough and always do a great job. I have never waited for more than 10 minutes and with over 90,000 miles, my car is still running GREAT! more

This place is so bad that it doesn't even deserve a star!!!!!!!!!!! The customer service is APAULING!!!!! They make racial remarks! They made sexual comments about my 15 YEAR OLD daughter! They swear and yell AT THE CUSTOMERS! They drink alcohol on the job! They don't pay any attention to what goes on with customers cars. I know someone who went in there and they checked off that her windshield wipers were ""OK"" and she didn't even have ANY WIPERS ON HER CAR that day. She had just taken them off to replace them. The manager tells customers to ""go to H_ _ _"" When they complain about the service. He has been there for YEARS and YEARS and know one does anything about it. He says that ""Corporate"" backs him up on everyhting and know one even knows who owns the place.....NOT EVEN PENNZOIL, who sponsors them! DONT GO HERE AND TELL ALL YOUR FREINDS NOT TO GO HERE! It is the only quick oil change place in town and they think that they can do what ever they want! more
