In my opinion - I truly believe that the owner is a lair and this business houses A BUNCH OF non -skilled and uncertified workers of all the businesses in Maryland. Very unprofessional. The owner _PoS Jerry_is a real trip - he is the worse. He is not to be trusted, his tongues wags 50 miles a second and in my opinion really is a hater. I personally think that THEY ARE ALL ABOUT THE $$$$$$$$$$. You know the type of people I am talking about. They advertise donations to the NAACP and I personally think that that is a ""ponza"" game that they play. They are all alike. The money first and the service and product last - It is all about the money in the long run. Be careful of the crap that he puts out. It is just that - CRAP. The engines that they sell are only good for about 7-9 months. If you buy from these figs trees - get the extended warranty and take your lawyer then take a shower to get the smell off you. When you leave the store - make sure you brush off your shoes to not take their scent with you to your car or house. \r DON'T TRUST ONE WORD 1 STOPS SAIDS. AVOID!!!!! AVOID!!!!!! AVOID!!!!!!!! Jerry and all his staff at One Stop have always been very professional and helpful. I have had my cars and those of family and friends serviced there for years. We have never had a problem that was not remedied to our satisfaction. They take the time to explain in detail each recommended repair after a thorough diagnosis. I couldn't commend them more highly. Brought my car in and service was fast, less money than other places and cheaper than I'd thought it would be. It is tough to find an honest repair shop - Jerry is VERY honest. He tells customers what will break cars like a sign in the store that says ""Overheating Kills Engines."" Now what mechanic shop explains how to stop your car from breaking!? i brought a 1998 mercury which is only worth about 3,000$. After shoving paper after paper in my face, ""jerry"" told me the final sale price would be 8,000 dollars and i agreed cause i needed a car.I gave him 1,000$ down and made payments of 300$ a month for 9 months and through bogus ""finance charges"", 9 months later i still owe 7,500$. These ""finance charges"" are bogus because ""Jerry"" purposely doesnt tell you about ""finance charges"" because it triples the actual value of car in which im paying for repairs while not even a quarter through payments. He even left the car in an illegal parking space when i dropped it off for repairs and refused to pay my ticket. He completly lied in my face about parking ticket. I brough a 2003 Buick Renv. 02/2009 with the instinct that all inspections listed on there counter was done because the car was over 75K miles. Nothing was done because I had to have them change the oil which was like mud. They said they put on new tires, but they did not say that they put the wrong lug nut on the front wheel. I returned the car to them to fix the gears and the front passager tire but they must have fix at it because 4 months later after the warranty is up I had to put out 420.00 to replace the wheel buren, need shocks and the gears are still hard to remove from park to drive without some force. They have these rediculous finance charges which causes you to pay more than what the car is actually worth. You have a different finance charge each time they make a payment of the same each month. Dont let the commercials on the radio fool you! I would not recommend One stop to anyone in the Baltimore area. First I had my car towed to there shop only to be told they didn't work on my type engine (Taurus SHO yamaha) in which I clearly stated to the receptionist over the phone before having it towed to there shop. Second, Jerry is a fast talking 2bit hustler who tried to force me into buying one of his junk cars. I can't began to express my displeasure with his unprofessionalism and Ill manners. Third, My car was damaged when someone tried to break into it and they didn't tell me (Of Course) that's probably why they wanted to buy it.Please avoid this place at all cost!!!! Cons: Jerry more
