Once again, Steve gave excellent, skilled customer service today. What I appreciate most is his thorough, yet easy-to-understand explanations. I feel my air conditioning and heating are effective and efficient because the technicians are well-trained to spot problems and solve them. more

Outstanding Service 8/20/2013

I couldn't be happier with Rohrer's service team! They arrived on time and did a wonderful job. They gave me all of the information that I needed to make decisions regarding repairs that I needed. It was a tricky repair but they handled it great and during my annual cleaning so I didn't have to have a follow-up visit for the repair which is a huge value for me. Can't say enough good things about them!! more
