Great hotel in a perfect location for the city. Not far from the train station. Rooms are clean, plush and very relaxing- despite the proximity to it all. more

Not What I Had Expected 8/25/2010

I read reviews and decided to stay at this hotel as opposed to others in the city. The hotel is terribly overpriced and there are other hotels with better prices around the same location. Take a look and check into all options before making a decision. more

Superior Service and Excellent Location. 2/20/2008

My 2nd time staying here and am so glad I found this gem of a hotel in the Back Bay area. I proposed over a romantic dinner in the Deluxe Corner Suite. The staff had set up the room perfectly and created a beautiful ambiance (rose petals, soft music and lights...). The meal was fantastic. It was a most memorable stay. Pros: Location in the Back Bay, Service, Cleanliness more

One of the nicest hotels in the city 11/8/2006

Stayed for a girls weekend. Room was clean spacious and updated (as it should be being a new hotel). The bathroom was gorgeous, full of marble, plush bathrobes and Aveda products. The lobby bar was hopping and the atmosphere made you forget you were in Boston! The rate was reasonable too! Pros: Nice rooms, clean, reasonably priced Cons: n/a more

Quite nice 11/30/2004

Terrific hotel with swank lobby and bar, comfortable rooms and nice marble bathrooms complete with towel warmers and Aveda products. The service was impeccable. Great area. We stayed for business and would stay again for business or pleasure. Pros: Rooms, Atmosphere, Location more

Service, food, art is the best 9/2/2004

Agree with all that's been said; my sister and I stayed there and we felt pampered. The service was outstanding... five stars, as outstanding as the food at Stanhope Grille (the Irish breakfast is fantastic) and Cuffs (pulled pork was very tasty, as tasty as a pint of Guinness). Don't miss the police memorabilia and the modern Irish art... a plus for this cool new hotel right in the Back Bay. I'm telling my friends interested in design and art to stop by and browse! Pros: Warm ambience, Friendly service, Amenities are 5-star Cons: , Noise streetside more

Great Hotel! 8/2/2004

My now Fiancee and I stayed there on the night of our engagement, we didnt get there until 3 am but slept like babies on the soft bed with the down comforter and and pillows, it was the most comfortable hotel bed I have ever slept on! The hotel is beautiful and the staff was wonderful I will definatly be back. more

Right Place - Right Price 8/1/2004

It was just an overnight, but so worth it. When we realized we were staying in a standard room both of us were surprised. CD Player, terry cloth bathrobes, a portable shaving mirror with great magnification, a sunday paper (Globe) and oversized pillows - standard? I am not arguing. The architectural detials could not go unnoticed. Nor the friendly staff. We are looking forward to staying there next time we are in town. Pros: CD Player/radio/alarm, sleek & stylish, great location Cons: , split level entry more

Great Place! 7/29/2004

Myself and some friends stayed at the Jurys Hotel while in town for a company outing. Everything from the staff to amenities were great. The bar and outside patio had a great atmosphere. I would certainly stay at this hotel again and highly recommend it others. more
