Brought in clothes and jewelry, never received a written confirmation for them, when I went back the owner claims she never received any of them. Firstly - I think some people fail to realize they are not the only consignors at this shop. Small as it may be, many people consign there and things still take time. Secondly - Once Upon A Closet will be undergoing many changes in the near future due to new ownership/management. Don't make any final judgments just yet. ;) more

I carried my goods in on March 19, 2009. I picked up the goods that did not sell on June 26, 2009. It is now August 6th, 2009 and they have not paid me for the goods that were sold. I have called 2 times and get the details from Jan "owner is out of town for a month, husband Bob will return phone call, " ( he doesn't). They will not even tell you when a check will be mailed. Too bad customers can't pay them the same way they pay their vendors. The lady Jan at the shop says the best thing to do is wait.HAHAHAHAHAHAHA I highly recommend you take you goods to another consignment shop or maybe just give them away, these business owners do not care.
