I try to avoid chain restaurants if I can but it was late, it was raining, and we didn't want to drive around all over the place. By biggest complaint with On The Border was the service - we were seated promptly enough, but it took forever for the server to bring chips and salsa, and take our drink order. Once she delivered the food, we didn't see her until she brought the check. And honestly, would it really hurt to smile once in a while?? OTB's menu was extensive. I went for the fish tacos, and liked them alot. The beer-battered whitefish was fresh, hot and crispy. I couldn't finish all three of them. Big Bird didn't fare as well - compared to the fajitas he had last time, his chicken enchiladas were unimpressive, and he disliked the corn tortillas. All in all, OTB was ok. Not the best but definitely not the worst.
Pros: Parking, variety of food, price
Cons: Service
