My eye doctor made an appointment with this office a week ago to do a MRI. 2 days before the appointment I got a phone call from this office saying my appointment is confirmed, and my insurance is authorized. I went to this OMI office 15 minutes before my appointment, filled and signed all the paper, paid $400. Waited a hour, I asked how long I still needed to wait. The front desk lady told me my order was on hold, they need to contact my doctor to confirm my order is MRI, not CT. What a mess! I can't believe they still don't know I need to do MRI or CT at the last minute. I can't trust this office any more, so I asked refund. They wasted my 2 hours, and even didn't give me an apologize.
