The best 10/29/2012

Doctor Easton took such good care of our Lab Lucy, that I felt the need to write a review. Lucy would have not made it, if not for the quick, intelligent-decisions, made by her. Dr. Easton and her clinic are a superb place to get the best care for your animals. I highly recommend. more

Very Disappointed 10/4/2012

We have used this vet before no problem. We brought our dog home after getting her nails cut and we live within a mile from the vet. The back seat was COVERED in blood. This wasn't just one or two nails that were cut short to cause this to happen either but most of them. We had to clean up the blood trace from her walking around all day because they cut her nails so short. When we went back to show them the bloody covered backseat they refunded the amount of $10 for the nail clipping. I would do yourself a favor and stay clear. I have NEVER in my life written a review on any restaurant, service or anything else of the kind but felt compelled to do so after such blatant lack of care for service. more

Dog's wound neglected during boarding 1/5/2010

I boarded my dogs here over the holidays. When I dropped them off, one of my dogs had a small cut on her tail. I requested that the staff keep it bandaged and to keep an eye on it to make sure that the wound didn't get worse. I also called to check in during the week. Needless to say, my dog came home a bloody mess.The staff neglected my request and admitted that the wound wasn't monitored. The situation resulted in my dog having her tail amputated. When I spoke with the veterinarian-owner of the practice, I was offered a full refund on the boarding costs. While I appreciate the compensation, there's no excuse for the neglect that was shown. more

CARING PROFESSIONAL VET! 8/12/2009

Dr Eastin at Old Hammond Vet Hospital is a caring, and professional vet who truly loves your pets as much as you do! She's taken care of our dogs many times, we have absolutely no complaints about the services we've received. She is always honest, and really wants your pets to be the healthiest and happiest they can be. Dr Eastin and her staff have always been there for me when going through hard times with our dogs, and I would recommend them to anyone who's looking for a vet. more

You have found it. This wonderful veterinary office not only helped transition an older cat Prissy from my parents' home to our home, but took care of boarding her for 4 days at a cost of only 11.11 a day! Dr. Elizabeth Eastin truly cares for your pet, and the prices were very reasonable. Say hello to the office pets at the location, especially the 2 orange cat burglars....and know that your pet is in good hands with the incredible staff and veterinarian at this location. more
