This place is horrible. If something out of your control happens to any account you have with Oklahoma Central Credit Union and somehow your account goes negative, be ready to start racking up the fees. This is where they get you. If this happens to you, expect OCCU to go into nonresponsive mode. nonresponsive includes: IDing the person making payment for fees and wont accept even if its a spouse, rufusal of payment, long wait times that end with poor customer service, confusing payment totals, as well as threatening conversations with their 41st street office. The final result will end with a court date even if total amount owed is paid in full. Oklahoma Central Credit Union is a shady establishment. Avoid if possible.
