I handed in a papers a book that needed to be bounded at 12 noon,lunch time, I told them I needed it by today, and asked how long it would take, they said a few hours. I called them back at 7PM and asked if it was done. The employees response, "We didn't do it yet.\r seven hours later, really! Disappointing, Won't be going back there. more

Helpful Staff 6/8/2005

This store is great because they are about the most helpful staff there is. They walk around with these headpieces if they need to talk to other staff members instead of running around the store trying to help you out. They always offer help to theirs customers and even price match here. Great store. more
