The real value of this small temp agency, run by Giannina Naylon, is that it can find the prospective job seeker a job very quickly. Ms. Naylon seems to be very well connected to the world of Rochester business and in my case, she was able to schedule me an interview almost the same day as I first submitted a resume, and I was working less than a week later. Which is, honestly, what employment agencies are there for.
On the flip side, it seems that once you are working, it is really hard to reach Ms. Naylon, or get an answer to you question. Even several messages left on her voicemail and a few emails sent to her address were not enough to get one of my questions answered.
