Sadly, I had a highly negative experience with Oasis Pediatric in Falls Church, Virginia. As unbelievable as it seems, I actually had a collection agency after me because Oasis improperly processed my credit card payment and never informed me that anything was amiss.\r

I had paid in full for services in March -- or so I thought -- but unbeknownst to me Oasis apparently improperly processed my credit card payment. Three months passed and Oasis had made no attempt to call, email or mail me to inform me there was a problem. Then, out of the blue, in June I received a highly threatening, and frankly insulting, letter from a collection agency threatening my credit rating.
