We sent our dog for boarding for a week, and he came home with serious cuts, scratches, and a gastrointestinal infection. We had to spend $300 at the vet! Moreover, our dog had burns on the bottom of his paws, perhaps due to being on very hot concrete. Also, he had licked away most of the fur on his cut paw. The vet said this happened because he was very unhappy and stuck in a kennel too long. They also overcharged us and refused to send back a refund. We were very disappointed, especially because the owners seemed nice and seemed to love dogs.
