Worst

I had a scheduled appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. It took an hour and 20minutes to finish. Way too long.

We dropped the car off at 8am, first customer there because my sister on law was visiting and leaving to go back to PA. Then we get a call at 10 saying it needs brakes and they didn't do the oil change yet. She was very upset. more
