I had a scheduled appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. It took an hour and 20minutes to finish. Way too long.

I took the car in for oil change and wheel rotation. You discovered that a defect in the lug nut that would not allow you to do the rotation, which I understand, but next day went on a road trip and the low air pressure light came on, and I had a front right tire 10# under inflated. I would think while dealing with tire rotation one would check the tire pressure even if one could not finish the original task. By the way I would think this task would preformed with any service service preformed on any automobile that came in for service. My yes recommendation is with reservation. more

My car making a noise with the brakes and the low brake fluid light came on. My car was checked out where everything checked out. This is reassuring and Clinton always goes the extra mile to be so helpful !! Great guy! more
