Great Service! 2/22/2011

The service is great at this place. I had to wait in the emergency room for several hours for my hand injury, but at their MEND clinic, they saw me immediately. The hand surgeons there are also very good. I know that sometimes they have emergency surgery, so it's understandable that you may not get seen right away. That's my 2 cents. more

My Experience 9/2/2009

Hi Although I have not completed all of my treatment, I have had one surgery already by Dr. De La Cruz, it did take some time to get used to his communication style but once I figured him out we had clear communication. I actually received too many pain meds after my surgery and I have told them for my next surgery I do not need any more. My only complaint I have is he communicated with me very well verbally but with this being a work injury he did not chart well enough for my situation. As far as unnecessary surgery in my case, he went in to do repairs on ligaments and was unable to do the repairs because of the unexpected findings of a lot more damage than what the MRI told them. At this point I stand behind these doctors, now that Dr. De La Cruz is not longer in the state, my treatment has been moved to Dr. Kirchhoff and Dr. Santoro. I have to create the communication relationship with both of them still. The office staff is extremely helpful, Hailey in particular! I have never had to wait when I have an appt. scheduled they keep their time. more

Do not see these doctors 4/15/2009

Good: Doctor's were nice before the surgery. Bad: After the surgery they let me stay on pain pills for 5 weeks(I had a major surgery). i took the pills exactly as perscriped not any less, not any more. They told me after 5 weeks they were cutting me off completely. I am still in alot of pain and have to deal with it on my own even as I am STILL going to physical therapy for it.. Improvements: If these doctors don't have the balls to prescripe medication they should get into a different profession. Other: I have not had to take pain pills for 2 years. I went and had this surgery and ALL the doctors told me it was pretty major, alot more had to be done than thought. Now on my 5th week I called in another refill and the doctor told me I need to go to rehab??excuse me?? i have never had a drug problem in my life. I need rehab cuz 5 weeks after surgery I am still asking for help with pain meds? Do you know how someone who has NEVER had a issue with pills feels when their doctor tells them this.. more

Can't Say Enough 5/23/2006

If you need any work done on your hand or wrist...this IS the place. I know, I sound like I've had a lot of different medical issues happen to me this year, well...you're right! So, I've been around. I had a cyst removed from my wrist last month, and they've been sooo professional and nice - even though many times my 2 year old was with me at the appointments! I've never had to wait 'cause they're always on time, which is so nice, and they have a great therapy room upstairs as well! Anyway, it's definitely above many others. more
