It's hard to find a trustworthy, reliable clinic and get consistent care. But I have always found this to be the case with Dr. Estabrook. I highly recommend their approach and philosophy which is not just about making adjustments but includes education, exercise, core strengthening, stretching, and massage therapy as more important determinants of long term health. This is not a "quick fix" high-turnover clinic. The goal is to make the minimum adjustments necessary to relieve accute symptoms and then identify and treat the underlying cause. I drive up from Oregon just to see him. Luckily he works with my Chiropractor in Oregon, but everyone once and a while my doc just can't get my back in order so I drive up and make a long weekend here.
