Called on a Friday and scheduled an appt for the following Tuesday for issues involving acceleration and a routine oil change/tire rotation. Tuesday appt came and I explained my concerns to the svc attendant. I stated that I would be wiating and explicitly asked to be notified after their initial inspection what they found out regarding the acceleration issues. I stated that I may want to go ahead with further maintenance (fuel filter, transmission fluid, etc.)
After an hour's wait, the attendant came to me and said, "You're all ready to go! They drove the vehicle and didn't find anything wrong. If you want a tranmission flush we can get it won't be done until 2 PM." (at this point it was 11 AM)
What is the purpose of calling to schedule a time to have the vehicle looked at and then told you'll have to wait 3 mores hours to have work completed? ...let alone not being consulted after an initial inspection.
I have been to this dealership svc dept many times and this was the first time I've experienced lack of customer svc like this. Disappointing.
