Sevice Manager deserves 5 stars 10/23/2014

The guy was very busy but immediately greeted me and quickly ran to get my SUV in the queue. I have service maintenance contact and this is first guy acknowledge it rather then hand me invoice for services afterward and say "what". Big improvement over the last guy. more

Good thorough work done on time 10/2/2014

Got a letter about 2 recalls. When I called, they siad there were 6 recalls. They fixed all but one because they were waiting for one part. No charges. They called me back when the missing part arrived to schedule the next appointment. more
