Top notch customer service 8/9/2015

I recently purchased a 2015 Genesis from Eddie Tourelle's Hyundai dealership. This is my fourth car from Eddie's. A great staff who really cares about customer satisfaction. Kudos to Sergey, my salesman and the entire staff at this dealership. The best!!! more

Service Dept. Employees are Wonderful 7/28/2015

I only have my Hyundai Veracruz serviced at my dealership because I really trust the service dept. Ronald is just wonderful, he's friendly, courteous, efficient, and always remembers my name. Matt at the parts counter is also very nice. They're the best service dept. I've ever dealt with. more

First visit not a 5! 6/30/2015

Had an appointment, but car wasn't taken for 45 minutes. Also, I was told my service warranty on my 3 year lease expired after 2 years. I am still being billed the monthly fee. I was told it is a separate company and Hyundai couldn't help. more

Prices are moderately expensive, but competitive. They are easy to work with. Nothing special here except you get bare minimum of what you expect. Tire rotation and oil change. No car wash like a lot of dealers to and no complimentary coffee as I waited. The coffee was empty. I told someone, but apparently It was no important enough to take care. Work was performed fairly quick. I am starting to lose faith in everything Hyundai. Maybe I will start using another car manufacturer for routine maintenance. more
