There is no better place to have your pet taken care of than Northwest. Not only is there expertise evident, but the care everyone provides for your pet and the support for the owners is something I've not experienced before more

My standard poodle, Jac, has the thickest, most dense coat of fur. He came out looking like a new dog as in previous visits. Thanks so much the groomers who spend hours completing the task of getting rid of Jac's winter coat. more

Thorough care 10/30/2013

I brought my Bichon in for grooming and was really pleased with the cut performed on my dog. The staff also noticed that my dog did not have a key vaccination and gave it to her while she was at their clinic. The staff is very friendly and helpful! more

A Comfortable Place for Pet and Owner 10/11/2013

The staff was extremely sensitive to my needs, expressed and unexpressed. They "heard" me! NICE! Looking forward to returning and getting JJ in a good place healthwise. He's already feeling much better, and so am I! more

The Best Place to Take Your Pet-Children 10/10/2013

My dog Baxter came in with an icky skin sore. Dr. Williams took care of him and really spent time to try to get him to feel comfortable. You can tell she and her techs really care about their patients and pet parents. She did a full exam as he was a new patient and effectively and efficiently diagnosed and treated him. She send me home with medications and explained in detail how to administer them. The techs and front desk folks were very friendly and helpful. Baxter still doesn't like the vet, but the staff made it so much easier on him than other's I've been to. I will be bringing all my pets here from now on! more

Great Staff - Excellent Pet Care 9/28/2013

Northwest is a great facility. They take care of my pets health and my piece of mind with my four legged family. They make me and my dogs and cats feel welcome and cared for every time we visit. The boarding staff remembers our dogs names and are so excited to see them. Over the holiday season, I didn't realize the vet was closing early. They called to make sure we were still coming for boarding and the staff stayed late on a holiday weekend to make sure I had time to get them boarded. more

Very accomodating and helpful!! 4/22/2013

Dr. Kocher and her staff were extremely helpful at a time when I felt completely helpless dealing with a medical emergency. They accommodated us close to closing time, causing them to have to stay a little later. I sincerely appreciate their help. Because of them, our family could have a Merry Christmas and know that our dog Romi is healing and we finally have found a good vet. Thanks again! more

All-around great facility! 4/22/2013

Taika was boarding for a month stay. I am extremely pleased with the attention paid to Taika, the affection of the technicians for her and their diligence over her care. The grooming service was the climax of Taika’s stay and was an excellent add-on. When I picked her up yesterday, Taika was in excellent spirits and had absolutely no difficulty adjusting to being home again. Thank you! more

THE BEST IN COLORADO SPRINGS 2/21/2013

We have been with you since probably the late 90’s and have grown so attached to the staff and the doctors. Everyone strives to go above and beyond what is required of them. We so appreciate all of you: your caring ways, the compassion you display, your welcoming smiles and “Good Mornings!”, your helpfulness…. WOW!! Thank you all so much for providing a safe place where we can bring our “girlie girls” and know they are getting the best of the best care from all of you!!! more

Boston Loves the Northwest Animal Hospital and Pet Care Center 2/20/2013

The front desk people are extremely friendly and most helpful and they provide a most positive first impression. I am very impressed with the boarding side of the clinic, both for overnight boarding as well as doggy daycare. It is just most convenient as well as reassuring to know that our Golden Retriever, Boston, can play, stay and be cared for by first class veterinarians and staff whenever he goes to the Northwest Animal Hospital and Pet Care Center. more

Won't Go Anywhere Else 2/20/2013

We TRUST Northwest with our much loved little dachshund Blue Boy. That’s the bottom line. Also, we like the convenience of being able to drop him off at ONE LOCATION and have him groomed and seen by the vet for routine shots, tests, etc. more
