My mom worked there when I was a teen. Ruth & Nibby were our neighbors. I went to Huntington beach pretty much every day. In those days (40 years ago) it was a cool sub sandwich pizza place. I can remember stopping in to see my mom and eat after a long day at the beach. She would put me to work rolling out dough and hook me up with the most amazing sandwich. I still make it to this day. The dressing and the meats make this sandwich.\r
