Broke Tank Cover during pump out. Claimed cover was too tight; whacked using crowbar until edges broke; then finally used a shovel to pry off. Said cover was stuck; that it must have been on a long time. NE Sanitation was the one who pumped out last time, they removed cover and put cover back on last time.\r \r Company REFUSED to replace cover which they broke, Owner totally unresponsive. Arrogant company... staying away from them. more
